Russell Athletic® guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from RussellAthletic.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from RussellAthletic.com – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
You may return items purchased from RussellAthletic.com within 30 days of the original order date.
When on RussellAthletic.com, select Returns under Help/FAQ, enter your order number, email address and billing zip code. This must be the email address and billing zip code that you used when placing your original order. You can also log into your RussellAthlietic.com account and initiate a return from the My Account page.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the steps to print the prepaid return shipping label.
- Repackage the returned items in either the original shipping bag or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it), and apply the shipping label.
- Drop in your mailbox or take to the nearest USPS or FedEx location.
When your return label is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an email that your return is in process. When your items reach our returns center, we will process your return and then submit a credit to your original form of payment. An email will be sent to you when your refund is in process. Your credit card provider will apply your credit according to their standards and guidelines.
We offer Free returns when you use the prepaid return shipping label that you print from RussellAthletic.com.
You will be refunded for the merchadise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus the shipping. If you return any item from an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless you receive a defective or wrong item.
Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.
Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.
Replacements and exchanges are not supported. Customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
We only accept returns for items purchased from RussellAthletic.com. If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.
