We know this will take a long-term commitment and we accept the challenge.  Our pledge is to expand our Athletic Life ethos by:

1. Working together with a network of collaborators to listen and learn from our diverse community.
2. Redirecting support in a way that enables more opportunities in education and sport.
3. Enabling our social channels as a platform for positive dialogue that drives change.
4. Building out a broad team that reflects the diversity of our communities and society at-large.

Moving forward, we at Russell Athletic are committed to actions that celebrate diversity, build inclusive communities, and help level the playing field for all. We understand we don’t have all the answers yet, but we’re determined to be part of the solution and create meaningful change together.
