Russell Athletic® guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from – unused, unwashed and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.

How long do I have to return a purchased item?

You may return merchandise purchased from within 30 days of the original shipped date except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period. The holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.

How do I return a product?

If you purchased a product on after July 18, 2017, there will be a returns form inside your package with a USPS shipping label that will allow you to return any portion of your order.

What will it cost me to return my order?

You have two options to make a return.

  • Option 1 - Use our convenient, prepaid label, and $7.99 will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges will not be deducted if you are returning damaged, defective products or if an item shipped to you incorrectly.
  • Option 2 - Use delivery method of your choice. You will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.  Please send the item to the address below with a copy of the packing slip.  Please keep record of your tracking # when shipping package.

How will my refund be distributed?

You will be refunded for the merchadise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus the shipping. If you return any item from an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless you receive a defective or wrong item.

Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the returns credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Refunds will be remitted in the same form as the original purchase when possible. Please note that gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Can I exchange a product purchased?

Replacements and exchanges are not supported. Customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

Can I return products that were purchased from another retailer?

We only accept returns for items purchased from If the items were purchased elsewhere, please contact that retailer to complete your return.
