What Shipping Options Do You Offer?
In the Continental United States we offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 Days) $7.99 (Free on orders over $50)
- Expedited Shipping (2 Days) $18.00
- Priority Shipping (1 Day) $25.00
What Carrier Will You Use To Ship My Order?
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
Tracking My Order
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with shipment details, and a tracking number.
How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
- Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are shipped within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day.
- Orders with more than one item may be shipped from separate fulfillment centers resulting in multiple packages being delivered.
Can I have my order sent to a freight forwarding company?
Russell Athletic suggests that you do not use international consolidation services or freight forwarding companies for the delivery of your package. The use of these companies prohibits us from locating your package and the items contained within it.
