Russell Athletic® strives to offer all of our products on the website, and we update our website and product offerings frequently.


Do you offer Big & Tall products?

Russell Athletic® does offer Big & Tall sizes, but we do not offer any big/tall clothing on RussellAthletic.com. Please call 1-877-879-8410, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. central time to find a retailer.


I saw a product at Walmart. Why is this product not located on your website?

Russell Athletic® offers an exclusive line of performance athletic apparel specifically for Walmart. The product can only be found at your local Walmart stores or on their website.


How Do I Know What Size To Purchase?

You can checkout as a guest without creating an account, or you have the option to create an account.


How Do I Set Up A User Account With RussellAthletic.com?

To set up a user account, you will need to register with your name, email and chosen password. You will receive a confirmation email and will need to follow the link provided in the email to activate your new Russell Athletic® account.


I had an account on RussellAthletic.com before July 18, 2017, what happened?

We recently launched a new website for RussellAthletic.com. If you had an account with RussellAthletic.com before July 18, 2017, your account still exists. You should have received an email notifying you of this change, but you simply need to create a new password. Your username will be the same username that you had previously. Your orders made prior to July 18, 2017 were transferred to your new account. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but we hope our new website will provide you with a much better shopping experience.

What Is The Status Of My Order And How Can I Track It?

You will receive two emails after you place your order.

After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming your order was received and is being processed. The second email you receive confirms your order has been shipped and provides your order tracking number.

You can also track your order here by inputting your order number, the email used for your order and billing zip code.


What Carrier Will You Use To Ship My Order?

We do not offer Russell Athletic® gift cards or gift wrapping.

How do I apply for a sponsorship or donation?

Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we require all submissions be routed through an online process. By submitting your request online, we are able to evaluate your request and respond with a decision in a timely manner. Please note that we no longer accept requests via email, fax, or phone.
